Amineh Ahmed Hoti – Executive Director, Centre for Dialogue and Action

Dr. Amineh Ahmed Hoti leads the Centre for Dialogue & Action. Her colleagues say she is a pioneer in peacebuilding and interfaith studies. She obtained her PhD in Social Anthropology from the University of Cambridge, UK, and was a Distinguished Fellow of the Institute of Strategic Studies, Islamabad. She is Associate Producer and Script Consultant for the film Journey into Europe and was female lead researcher for the project from 2013 to 2016. She was chosen as the “Torchbearer” for Peacebuilding by Hello Magazine in Pakistan’s Hot 100 (2016 Dec). Recently, she is focusing on the religious communities of Pakistan.
